What is your Returns policy?

For products that are ordered incorrectly or are no longer desired, we offer a return option provided they are unused, unassembled, remain in their original packaging, and are in a resalable condition. You now have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The items will be picked up by us or our carrier. The cost of return carriage will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, considering your location and the specific dimensions and/or weight of the item you wish to return. Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the value of your order, less the return carriage charge, which will be deducted from the final refund amount
